Here is a list of some books I can recommend all around the topic of VFX and animation.
Why do I have this section here? Well when I started in VFX I had really no clue where to look for good content. I had a few websites that I really found helpful but in the end I was just doing some tutorials here in there and was fooling my self in thinking I knew what I was doing. When I started to look into animation, The Animator’s Survival Kit by Richard Williams always came up an when I started AnimationMentor it was also recommended. When I started in compositing there was nobody that did not have a copy of Steve Wrights Digital Compositing for Film and Video or Morgen Kaufmanns The Art and Science of Digital Compositing
. One good book can open so many doors to new things. Since then I am always looking around for some good books with good content that would help me grow or that I could recomend to people who are just starting in VFX or Animation.
So I hope you find this section useful and let know if there are any books that you think are missing here.
WONDERFUL Post.thanks for share..more wait .. 😉 ?
This design is incredible! You certainly know how to keep a reader amused. Between your wit and your videos, I was almost moved to start my own blog (well, almost…HaHa!) Great job. I really loved what you had to say, and more than that, how you presented it. Too cool!
